Egg Bhurji, with Phulkas

Since some of us wanted to try the Phulkas, we thought that the Egg Bhurji would be a great side to it. The Egg Bhurji was good - nothing to rave about, though.

The thing about the Phulkas is that the Red E serves them as two-per-plate. We wanted only three Phulkas, but we were forced to eat four, as we had to order two plates. This isn't such a big deal, but something you need to be aware of.

On the whole, we'd give the egg bhurji a pass, if we had to go at it again. The Phulkas were great; but we'd rather eat them with something else.
